E-mail is our preferred means of providing technical support to our clients. All of our customers enjoy free e-mail-based technical support on a 24/7 basis. Response times vary, but normally are within a few hours if reported during normal office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F). Clients can e-mail us with a brief description of the problem or question.

Telephone Support
ValcomTech offers fee-based telephone support during normal business work hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F). Emergency telephone support is available to clients choosing our premium support plans. Contact us for details.
On-site Support
In addition to free e-mail-based technical support, ValcomTech offers on-site fee-based technical services through our partner JK Technologies. These services span the full range of IT services and consulting. We can assist you with purchasing hardware, design your network, or fix your computer. |
